2020 Mural Festival
In 2020 North Manchester was selected to represent Wabash County in the Make It Your Own Mural Festival! The festival was in partnership with North East Indiana Regional Partnership and Arts United. The Festival happened in 11 Northeast Indiana Counties over 11 days by 11 different artists. Our 2000 square foot mural was placed on a downtown, small business wall in our historic district. Our artist, Remix Uno, is from Mexico City.

While visiting Indiana, Remix wanted to visit a farm and milk a cow.
We took him to Penrod Farms right here in North Manchester for the full experience!
Though the project allowed for 11 days it was completed in 7.
The project brought media attention to North Manchester. Pictured is ABC21 WPTA out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

On the last day of the project Manchester Alive hosted a Meet the Artist event open to the public.
